
Warranty and return policy :
Haiway Office Supplies Limited dedicated to provide you our swift and considerate after-sales service.please refer to the Warranty&Return policy by more better service you and help us more tight control on our products quality.
1. acceptable defective rate :
under our warranty period, we guarantee all the items we produced be following into 1-2%. Beyond that, and based on our Warranty&Return policy, we will make replacement for those defective ones which exceed that rate.
Note: All inkjet cartridges from Haiway Office Supplies Limited are manufactured under stringent ISO 9001 quality control systems to assure printing performance equal or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturers. All the ink and laser cartridges are 100% tested in production. All of the other products are also produced under strict random test procedure..1-2% defect rates is considered reasonable and allowable as there should be some failure goods due to transportation,improper use and storage circumstance..
2. warranty period :
Remanufactured inkjet cartridges: within 12 months after delivery.
3. replacement requirements
all the defective ones need confirm to the following items which we will offer service of exchanges.
a. Make sure it is bought from our factory directly
b. Make sure within our warranty period
c. Make sure the defective rate beyond our allowance rate
d. the defective products must be caused by correct operation.
e. model, label and identification on the inkjet cartridges should be clear and complete.
f. man-made damage of cartridges’s appearance,chip and circuit board is free of our responsibility.
Note: replacement will be made after receiving and checking the defective ones,forgive us we do not offer any refunds.
4. procedures to return
a) make a list of cartridge models,quantity and related P/I number, in details to our sales staff.
b) Take pictures of the defective ones on spot and email back to our sales staff by clarify the defective problems.
c) Please pack them well in good condition by avoid any broken and leakage during transportation.
d) Returned good by sea shipment to our nominated address(except under our approval to ship by air or by courier)
e) After receiving the returned goods, we will email you test report to showing the problem by technician advice.
Note: the warranty and return policy should be subject to Chinese version and hereby we will reserve the rights of its interpretation.
